All support requests for Cloudscan, or Service offerings from Cloudnexa like Managed Cloud support, can open up new tickets via email or Cloudscan. Cloudnexa recommends all users be registered in Cloudscan before opening up tickets to avoid any delays in support. Invite New Users
To open a new ticket via email
- Send an email to support@cloudnexa.com
To open a new ticket or view existing tickets:
- Login to Cloudscan and navigate to Settings.
- Select Support - Here you can see recent tickets opened with Cloudscan, view details of them, respond, or open a new ticket.
- Selecting Open a New Ticket will present a pop-up window. Select Contact us and fill out the form with details about your support request.
